Dear Sir/Madam, I trust this message finds you well. This letter is on behalf of the Karoo Cowboys rugby team, who will be participating in the prestigious Winelands 10's Rugby Series at Boland Landbou Skool l, Paarl, during November 2025. Any support to help make our participation a reality would be greatly appreciated. The Winelands 10's Rugby Competition is a very exciting tournament in the region, attracting top teams from across the country. It offers a unique platform for both young and older players to showcase their talent and skills and to gain exposure. To ensure successful participation, we are approaching sponsors who share our vision of promoting sportsmanship and team spirit. Sponsorships are needed for: 1. Entry Fees: Most of our players are still students or young professionals, and the total registration fee is not affordable for everyone. 2. Accommodation: Ideally, we would like to arrange team accommodation close to the school. 3. Rugby Gear: A well-equipped and uniform team represents unity, professionalism, and pride. Sponsorship is needed for rugby gear, including jerseys, warm-up shirts, rugby shorts, and socks.
